Cottage Rental Referral Service for Cottage Owners

Need help finding a cottage to rent or are you a cottage owner looking for renters?  I often have more demand than I can accommodate and connect those wishing to rent with those who have some spare space at their cottage.   I will only refer renters that request this service from me.  I currently specialize in lakes in the Haliburton area only.

What is the Cottage Referral Service?  I will refer Renters to you if you have a rental period that you are unable to fill.  The cost for a successful booking is $100.

Background:

I have been rental my cottage since 2002 and have been contacted by many people who wish to rent a cottage but for a variety of reasons, I am unable to provide my cottage to them (often its just rented for that period).  Renters then ask me if I know of anyone who can provide a cottage to meet their needs.  If you let me know you would consider receiving referrals and have a web site that I can check your availability then let me know.

Do I screen renters for acceptability: No - I offer no guarantees as to the acceptability of the renters.  If they damage your cottage you will need to work out any issues with the renters.  I only provide their contact information.

Do I screen Cottage Owners for acceptability: No - I offer the renters no guarantee of the cottage or the cottage owners.  I simply pass on your contact information.
