Reservation Procedure

If you have not already done so, please review the Availability/Price then complete the rental agreement below.

A security deposit of $500.00 is refunded normally within 1-2 weeks from departure.  Payments include:

1. Deposit amounts of 50% of the total costs (rental and security deposit). Your reservation will be booked and confirmed upon receipt of your deposit.
    

2. The balance is due 1 month prior to the rental date.
    

3. If your vacation date is within 30 days of booking, the entire rental amount and security deposit is required.

Rental Agreement:

1. Advise me by email (or by phone) that you are booking the cottage.  Please include:
     - number of people (indicate general age groups)
     - number of pets (indicate general size or breed)
    
2. Download the Rental Agreement. If you need a copy of Adobe Reader, a free copy can be obtained in the blue box on the right.
    

3. Print and Sign the rental agreement, returning the signed copy with your cheque by mail to:

If you have any problems obtaining the rental agreement, please advise me and I will provide you with a printed copy.

Because we are a very small business, we unfortunately can't justify the expense of credit card processing. Hopefully some form of inexpensive electronic payments will come along soon.
