Prime Season $2400 per week Weekly only	Mid Season $1450 per week $900 (long weekend)**	Low Season $1450 week $750 2 nights**

Bookings paid in full before July 1, 2010 pay $5% GST.  Assuming the HST is applicable, bookings not paid in full before July 1, 2010 will be charged 13% HST(we therefore suggest all summer rentals are therefore paid in full before the HST deadline of July 1).

Weekly check-in time is typically Saturday 3:00pm departure Saturday 11:00am.  Weekend checkin times are flexible - typically check-in Fri afternoon with departure Sun afternoon. Minimal stay in prime season is 1 week.
