Prime Season $2400 per week Weekly only	Mid Season $1450 per week $900 (long weekend)**	Low Season $1450 week $750 2 nights**

** extra nights available at $150 per night (sorry, prime season available by the week only)

Weekly check-in time is typically Saturday 3:00pm departure Saturday 11:00am.  Weekend checkin times are flexible - typically check-in Fri afternoon with departure Sun afternoon. Minimal stay in prime season is 1 week.
